Huyett & Smith
The original H&S works was comprised of a two story building, 50X100', and a one-story of similar dimensions. By 1887, forty workmen were employed there.
Several examples of the Huyett & Smith product line are presented, including a recently restored vertical engine that can be viewed by clicking on the image link below. The Smith Pressure Blower was an historical curiosity (and failure) with its unusual double discharge construction and double sized outlet.
